2026<br>Topics included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protected grounds and accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discrimination and workplace rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment standards vs. human rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Session 3: Responding to Sexual Harassment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Date:<\/strong> May 13, 2026<br>Topics included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognizing sexual harassment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power dynamics and disclosure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe responses and referral options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This workshop series highlighted the importance of understanding workplace rights and protections so that newcomers and immigrants can access accurate information, navigate unfamiliar workplace systems, and build safe and successful employment experiences in British Columbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
